Throughout the past year, we have experienced an unprecedented challenge; the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak. Education and work moved online from one day to another, with many of us wondering when all this would come to an end. For some people, this sudden change was relatively easy to go through and they ended up being more productive in their everyday tasks. However, others found it hard to focus on their duties, they felt stressed, not knowing when to connect or disconnect. Either way, our digital well-being is at stake; we need to balance our digital presence and our real life. How can we do it? Is it a complicated process? And even now, how can we become more productive by avoiding all the online distractions?

Our team has dedicated some time to the development of a Toolkit for those that work remotely and those that study online.

Do you have any ideas or inputs? Please do not hesitate to contact us at eavi[at]eavi.eu. We will be happy to read your contributions!
